Rape and Abuse Crisis Center (RACC) provides confidential services, support, and education to all who are affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, and child sexual abuse in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Red River Children’s Advocacy Center (RRCAC) provides specialized counseling and support for child abuse victims. The RRCAC helps coordinate care and investigate child abuse claims for their child abuse victims.
