Finding help can be overwhelming. I am so glad you pushed through to make it here. I can't promise that I am your perfect fit. I can promise I am here and ready to get my hands dirty as we dig in to find what it is you need out of a provider. My most important credential is my existence as a flawed human who knows what it's like to struggle. I take a client-centered approach to therapy. That means I'm not here to decide what's best for you. You lead the way while I've got your back.

I am here for you with something called unconditional positive regard. All I ask is that you bring me your raw and unfiltered self. You can expect honesty, transparency, humor, and respect out of me. I am always open to discussing any concerns you have about confidentiality or the counseling process.

* Medicare requires the first session to be in person.
** Our office is unable to accept Minnesota Medicaid or any Minnesota Medicaid Expansion plans.
*** Our office is out-of-network with Sanford True and, to our knowledge, Sanford True does not offer out-of-network benefits at this time. This means that insurance claims submitted to Sandford True are being processed by Sanford True entirely to client responsibility.
