Hi, I’m Rawand. I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in North Dakota and a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) in Minnesota. If you’ve landed here, chances are you’re carrying a lot on your shoulders; maybe anxiety or depression, maybe stress from work, school, or parenting, or maybe the overwhelming exhaustion of trying to be everything to everyone. Perhaps you’re wondering how in the world you are supposed to live through the intensity of the waves of emotions you keep experiencing.
