#Truth⠀
⠀
No, seriously.⠀
⠀
This life can be so tough⠀
⠀
So brutal.⠀
⠀
So harsh.⠀
⠀
But sweet beautiful girl.⠀
⠀
You were MADE to do hard things.⠀
⠀
You were also made to believe in yourself.⠀
⠀
How can others believe in you, if you aren’t believing in yourself.⠀
⠀
Start with one intentional and kind statement to yourself for each day.⠀
⠀
You got this!⠀
⠀

Whoa!⠀
Really?!⠀
⠀
Isn’t that bizarre!⠀
⠀
EMBARASSMENT OVER DEATH?!⠀
⠀
It’s SO true!⠀
⠀
We live in a world where many people isolate (or ghost) once they’ve made a mistake.⠀
⠀
Why?!⠀
⠀
Because of the embarrassment!⠀
⠀
Wouldn’t it be nice to give ourselves a lil’ peptalk every time we make a mistake…⠀
⠀
Reminding ourvelves that we too are HUMAN!!⠀
⠀
Wouldn’t it be cool to start a movement of just airing out all of our embarassing crap?⠀
⠀
Instead of hiding from it?⠀
⠀
And judging others for it?⠀
⠀
Let’s start it! Let’s start comforting each other in our embarassment and congratulating people on their bravery.⠀
⠀
Let’s stop talking shit about people who did something embarrassing.⠀
⠀
And talk about how brave they were for showing up.⠀
⠀
Even better yet, let’s do it for ourselves as well <3⠀
⠀
Sending you all so much love today! <3 ⠀

This is the chair.
Not just any chair, THE chair.
To many, this chair might look like a nice, modern, possibly comfy, but possibly stiff, beautifully colored living room chair.
To others, this may look more like a dorm room chair, where a college student both works on their homework and uses as a dresser drawer for clothing.
But this is neither of those. .
This chair is much different than that. .
This chair is a chair of clients.
This is a chair that has seen hurt, anger, resentment, and sorrow.
This is a chair that has seen happiness, success, humor, and bravery.
This chair has felt heartache, streams of tears, bleeding hearts, and hopeless thoughts.
This chair hears the stories of mom’s who have lost their babies, dad’s who have numbed with substances, and kid’s who have no idea their story is tough enough to shatter most people’s hearts and belief in humanity.
This chair has felt the emotions of people grateful their end of life plan failed, hopeful to create life after years of infertility, kids who realized they do have safe people around them, and people who got to tell stories of justice served.
This chair, is a therapy chair.
And this chair provides hope, healing, comfort, and applause for those going through the tough, tough times.
This chair is waiting for you, whenever you need it, wherever you need it.
Help is all around. Be kind to one another. Watch out for one another. Love one another. Learn to love ourselves. And if you need help finding the right chair for you or a friend, I would be more than willing to send you in the right direction.
Sending you all so much love today.

Uff-Da!⠀
⠀
I’m sure you’re asking yourself “Really Brittany? Really?!”⠀
⠀
I truly believe this you guys.⠀
⠀
Truly.⠀
⠀
Don’t get me wrong, I have learned some absolutely amazing things from some really phenomenal people.⠀
⠀
And I am so grateful for them.⠀
⠀
But you wanna know who teaches me most about myself?⠀
⠀
About the person I am, my struggles, and my goals.⠀
⠀
Difficult people- yup, you heard me- the difficult people in my life have taught me the most about myself!.⠀
⠀
Now, I am super grateful to have those phenomenal people in my life during this time, to cheer me on and give me courage. ⠀
⠀
But the difficult people teach me about me. ⠀
⠀
When I have relationships with people that I call difficult, you want to know what I find?⠀
⠀
I find that whatever makes them difficult for me, is an area that I need to work on, and area of me that’s been bruised, a part of me that’s still hurting.⠀
⠀
Difficult people have helped me to pinpoint the exact places that I have room for growth. ⠀
⠀
Thank you difficult people- for helping me grow, helping me to recognize my growth areas, and continuing to make me a better person each and every day.⠀
⠀
PS- to all you non-difficult people- thank you for keeping me sane in the process 🙂 ⠀
⠀

Hey you!⠀
⠀
Yes…YOU!⠀
The one right there, that feels those feelings so deep in your soul, but can’t seem to explain them.⠀
The one that walks away from exciting conversations where someone tells you about something great happening in their lives, with a big pit in your stomach of jealousy, rage, and sadness.⠀
⠀
You know the conversations-⠀
⠀
“I just bought a new house”⠀
⠀
“I just got a new car”⠀
⠀
“I landed the job of my dreams”⠀
⠀
“I made up with my husband”⠀
⠀
“I paid off my debt”⠀
⠀
“I’m pregnant”⠀
⠀
You know, you…⠀
⠀
The one that curses at themselves for these feelings, but can’t seem to undestand why they feel them.⠀
⠀
The one that questions if they are a bad friend, bad lover, or bad coworker for these feelings.⠀
⠀
Guess what friend…. it happens to us ALL.⠀
⠀
No really, IT. HAPPENS. TO. US. ALL.⠀
⠀
We just don’t all talk about it.⠀
⠀
For some of us, this is a somewhat daily feeling.⠀
⠀
For other’s, this is when we know we aren’t doing well.⠀
⠀
This little beast peaks it’s little head out for all of us.⠀
⠀
We just have to learn how to tame him.⠀
⠀
Envy is what I call him.⠀
⠀
And he’s a bitch.⠀
⠀
But believe me sweet thang- you too can tame him!⠀
⠀
Sending you all so much love today! <3 <3 <3⠀
